Simply Crantastic

Cranberry Biscotti0 ServingsPrep: 15 min. Cook: 60 min.
Ingredients
- 3 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
2 t. pure vanilla
2 T. Grand Marnier
3 eggs
3 yolks
1 1/2 C. crannies (dried cranberries)
1/2 C. almonds
- chopped (optional)
Directions
- Preheat over to 375*
- In a large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients together and add to dry.
- Add crannies and nuts, if using, and mix well.
- On a parchment lined cookie sheet, shape dough into 2 logs, approx.
- 12"x3". Dough will be sticky so dampen hands.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool and then slice into 1/2" slices and rebake at 275* for 35
- minutes.
- If desired, dip end of biscotti into melted chocolate and sprinkle
- with finely chopped almonds. Yield: serves 0
