Cranberry Biscotti

Ingredients

  • 3 C. flour 1 1/2 C. sugar 1/4 t. salt 1 t. baking powder 2 t. pure vanilla 2 T. Grand Marnier 3 eggs 3 yolks 1 1/2 C. crannies (dried cranberries) 1/2 C. almonds
  • chopped (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat over to 375*
  • In a large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix wet ingredients together and add to dry.
  • Add crannies and nuts, if using, and mix well.
  • On a parchment lined cookie sheet, shape dough into 2 logs, approx.
  • 12"x3". Dough will be sticky so dampen hands.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool and then slice into 1/2" slices and rebake at 275* for 35
  • minutes.
  • If desired, dip end of biscotti into melted chocolate and sprinkle
  • with finely chopped almonds. Yield: serves 0
