Rayman Favorite Oriental Chicken4T Soya Sauce3/4 cup Ketchup3/4 cup
water2 Tbsp white vinegar1/2 cup Brown sugar1/4 tsp garlic
powderWhisk all sauce ingredients in shallow baking dish Place
chicken pieces in sauce . Marinate in fridge at least one hour.Bake
at 350 degrees 1-1/2 hours basting occasionally.This is a very good,
easy to prepare and pretty economical dish. I sometimes serve it on
an oval platter with white rice or Fried rice surrounding the baked
chicken.
