Pineapple Filling

Great w/ a baked ham for Easter. Sweet and moist, you might not need dessert.6 ServingsPrep: 10 min. Cook: 45 min.
Ingredients
- 1/2c.butter
- melted
3 eggs
1c. sugar
1/4c. milk
1/tsp. salt
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- drained
4c. cubed bread
1 T. butter
- cut into 4 pieces
Directions
- Preheat oven to 345 deg. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Add
- eggs. Mix until well combined. Stir in sugar, milk, salt, &
- pineapple. Stir until well combined. Fold in cubed bread. Pour into
- a greased 8 in. square pan. Dot w/ remaining butter. Bake for 45 min
- Yield: serves 6
