I made these on Christmas this year. It was a beautiful side with its pretty green and white colors. It tasted so good too, that I ended up having seconds of it and was too full for the Prime Rib I also made.

Ingredients

30 ounce bag of frozen shredded potatoes
16 ounces classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce, your favorite store bought brand
1 cup of milk
8 ounces (2 cups) of shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Traditional Basil Pesto, I used a store bought pesto

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large baking dish, I used an 11x15 inch glass (greased) baking dish, mix your potatoes, Alfredo, milk, and cheese together. Top with your pesto, spreading evenly on top. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until your potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
