Oreo Cookie Pie

Ingredients
- 25 Oreo Cookies
- crushed to crumbs
1/2 cup Butter
- melted
2 cups Heavy Cream or 9oz Cool Whip
- thawed
1 7oz Marshmallow Creme
1-2 tsp Peppermint/Mint Extract
Creme de menthe
Directions
- Reserve 1/4 cup of cookie crumbs and set aside.
- Mix remaining crumbs with butter. Press into a pie plate and
- refrigerate for several minutes.
- Beat heavy cream. Fold in marshmallow creme. Add peppermint/mint
- extract to taste.
- Pour cream mixture into chilled pie shell. Decorate with cookie
- crumbs. Sprinkle with green creme de menthe before serving if
- desired. Keep refrigerated. Yield: serves 0
