Lemon Crunch Coffee Cake

This is a lemon-flavored Bundt cake with a crunchy nutty shell and a pretty lemon glaze.

Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
3 c. biscuit baking mix
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbs. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemom juice
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 to 2 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using butter ot butter-flavored shortening, generously grease a 12-cup Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts evenly over bottom and sides of pan, pressing so they stick to the butter. In a large bowl, beat remaing ingredients, excepty glaze, on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl, 3 minutes. Carefully sppon into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
For glaze, combine the p[owdered sugar and lemon juice until of desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake
