Greek Spaghetti

 Greek Spaghetti
This is a great meatless meal that goes together quickly. Add a salad and crusty bread for a 5 star meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • minced 2 Tablespoons olive oil 2 (14 1/2 oz)cans diced tomato with basil
  • garlic and oregeno 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 3 Tablespoons lemon juice 7 oz whole wheat spaghetti
  • cooked 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 (4oz)can sliced black olives
  • drained Garnishes: lemonslices
  • green onions
  • fresh parsley sprigs

Directions

  • Saute garlic in hot oil in large nonstick skillet. Add tomatoes and
  • next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Toss together tomato mixture, hot cooked pasta, cheese, and olives.
  • Serve immediately; and garnish if desired.
