Greek Spaghetti

This is a great meatless meal that goes together quickly. Add a salad and crusty bread for a 5 star meal.0 ServingsPrep: 10 min. Cook: 20 min.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 (14 1/2 oz)cans diced tomato with basil
- garlic and oregeno
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
7 oz whole wheat spaghetti
- cooked
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 (4oz)can sliced black olives
- drained
Garnishes: lemonslices
- green onions
- fresh parsley sprigs
Directions
- Saute garlic in hot oil in large nonstick skillet. Add tomatoes and
- next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Toss together tomato mixture, hot cooked pasta, cheese, and olives.
- Serve immediately; and garnish if desired.
