FRESH SALSA

MY COWORKERS BEG ME TO MAKE THIS SALSA FOR POTLUCKS. THEY ALWAYS ASK WHATS IN IT TO MAKE IT SO GOOD. THEY NOW BRING IN THEIR FRESH GARDEN TOMATOES AND ONIONS SO THEY CAN HAVE FRESH SALSA MORE OFTEN!!10 ServingsPrep: 15 min. Cook: 0 min.
Ingredients
- 4 CUPS RED AND YELLOW GRAPE TOMATOES (CAN USE ALL RED)
5 ROMA TOMATOES
1 LARGE ONION
1 ENGLISH CUCUMBER PEELED
2 JALEPENOS (USE ONE IF LIKE IT HOT)
1/2 CUP CILANTRO
JUICE FROM 2 SMALL-MED LIMES
2 TSP. SALT
2 TSP PEPPER
Directions
- HAND CHOP EVERYTHING INTO SMALL TO MED SIZE PIECES OR USE FOOD
- PROCESSOR .
- FIRST DO TOMATOES IN FOOD PROCESSOR. (DO NOT OVER CHOP) REMOVE AND
- PUT IN LARGE BOWL. NEXT ONION AND CUCUMBERS AND ADD TO BOWL. NEXT
- JALEPENOS AND CILANTRO AND ADD TO BOWL. CUT LIMES AND SQUEEZE JUICE
- INTO BOWL AND ADD SALT AND PEPPER. COVER AND PUT IN FRIDGE FOR 1
