Chicken Chow Mein Soup by rosiewny

What wonderful flavor, and so packed with vegetables. I may have added a few more vegetables than in the recipe. Therefore, I compensated by adding a second can of chicken broth and two more tablespoons of soy sauce. 0 ServingsPrep: 0 min. Cook: 0 min.
Ingredients
- 2 C. cubed cooked chicken
2 med. stalks of celery - sliced

1 c. sliced mushrooms

1 C. bean sprouts

1 C. shredded cabbage

1/4 C. shredded carrot

1/4 C. sliced green onion

2-3/4 Cups of water

1/4 c. dry sherry or water

3 TBS. low sodium soy sauce

4 oz. uncooked vermicelli - broken into thirds

1 can 14-1/2 oz. chicken broth

1 - 8 oz. can bamboo shoots drained
Directions
- Heat all the ingreds. in a 3qt. sauce pan. over medium high heat.
