Baklava

 Baklava
This recipe is like no one else's. I use a simple syrup instead of honey. It gives a lighter feel to the dessert, not like honey that coats your mouth and tongue. MY Dad said it is better tahn his Yia Yia's baklava, and he thought that was the best. That is a nice compliment.
