Individual Breakfast Pizzas

I "discovered" Arnold Multi Thins and found they are not only low calorie but work in so many delcious ways. I make this recipe Very often now. It is so good and so fast and the Toppings and Cream Cheese varieties can lead to numerous variations.~Alliea0 ServingsPrep: 0 min. Cook: 0 min.
Ingredients
- Individual Breakfast Pizzas.
2 Arnold Multi Thins
Slightly less than 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
1 large egg
1/8-1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
2 slices Canadian bacon cooked and diced
1/4 cup diced Vidalia Onion.
Preheat oven or Toaster oven to 350 degrees .
Whisk together the 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese with the egg and salt until smooth .
Top each 1/2 Multi Thin generously with the creamy egg mixture . Sprinkle Cheddar over all.
Top with Diced bacon and sweet onion.
Bake 8-10 minutes .
