Coffee Custard Recipe
  • Prep: 15 min. Cook: 45 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Crack eggs into blender and process.
  • Add evaporated milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and orange juice concentrate.
  • Spoon into 4 custard cups. Place cups into glass baking dish and fill with 1-inch of water.
  • Bake 45 minutes.
  • Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Use a knife to loosen then invert onto serving plates.
  • Sprinkle with orange zest and cinnamon. Serve.
