Being St Louis natives my family loves Coconut Toast and this was the first recipe that tasted BETTER then the toast I grew up on. Watch out Federhofers Bakery. Delishh!

I remember my mom making this when my daughter was a baby. That was when it first came out in the magazine. My "baby" is now 17! I have been looking for this one!!
