Liked the flavors alot. Did not like the coconut so I will omit it the next time I make this. Otherwise a good recipe.

sorry the board is a bit crazy today, I tried to fix the recipe didin't work so here it is again Sinfully Rich Sweet Potatoes Casserole List of Ingredients 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes or 2 large cans yams1 tsp vanilla2 eggs beaten3/4 cup sugar1/4 cup butter melted********************************************************1 cup coconut1 cup brown sugar1 cup pecans chopped1/3 cup butter, melted Recipe Mix together the first 5 ingredients in the mixer and place into a greased casserole. Set aside Mix in the mixer the last 4 ingredients to make the topping mixture. Put a layer of potatoes in the corning ware, a layer of topping, repeat, finish with the topping Bake at 375 degrees till topping is browned.

this is my recipe for the sweet potatoes, don't use the crockpot cause it is so easy to make using canned potatoes. I didn't see any recipe all I saw is someone wanting to sell me a magazine which I am not interested. I bought these books for years until they started putting in all kinds of ads. I wanted the recipe for the coconut pecan sweet potatoes

I love this recipe! I've made these sweet potatoes a few times now and can't get enough of them! Highly recommended as they are super easy; just throw everything in the crock pot!
