Crisp outside but chewy inside, these sweet sensations will disappear in a hurry. "I home-school our six children," writes Mary Dudek from Alliance, Ohio. "The kids always have friends over, so I like to keep snacks on hand. They love these cookies."

Have made it before, but switched to pumpkin spice pudding and toffee chips for the Holidays. Yummy. Daughter said it tastes like a pumpkin snickerdoodle!

Not sure if my oven is running low... taking about 13 minutes to bake.

My son made these cookies, they were moist and delicious. It made a good size batch as well. Would definitely make again.

Love the ease of this recipe and using the pudding instead of baking cocoa for the extra chocolate. Its now a standard in my house!

These are to die for!!! I, like MarcyC48, added 2 Tbsp of Cocoa. Instead of rolling into balls, I dropped by teaspoon.. I intend on making these over and over! They are now my favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe!!!

I just wish they didn't use a pudding mix. I try to avoid partially hydrogenated oils/trans fats.

Ever since I discovered this recipe, it had become my most requested cookie by my grandchildren and my adult children. I even add 2 Tbsp of Special Dark Cocoa to the batter to make them even more chocolaty. As my son says,"They are the bomb Mom. Great with mint chocolate chips or raspberry chocolate chips too!

Delish! I was looking for a "new" Chocolate Chip Recipe and came across this one, which I had made when I first recieved this

magazine. There are so many wonderful recipes in Reiman magazines that I forget about some of them! This is an old friend.

Have made this cookie several times, my husband loves it. They do not dry out like a normal cookie. I have had several requests for the recipe, but I don't want my friends to see how easy these cookies are to make.
