This dressing was awesome! What a nice change from your usual German creamy/herby/heavy dressing.... I added abit of salt, and mayo to help it stick together.. Served it on a platter with mandarin oranges and sunflower seeds on top and it looked awesome. Fresh and light, just in time for summer!
