Citrus Vinaigrette Tips

What's the best orange juice to use?

We recommend using freshly squeezed orange juice to optimize the fresh, bright and zingy citrus flavor. One medium orange should yield enough juice to produce the ¼ cup called for in this homemade salad dressing recipe. For even more citrus flavor, grate the orange zest and toss it into the dressing, too!

How should I store citrus vinaigrette?

We recommend mixing and storing vinaigrette in a glass jar with a tightly fitted lid; refrigerate up to 2 weeks. If the vinaigrette separates during storage, give the covered jar a gentle shake before using. Learn more about how to make and store vinaigrette.
