Cinnamon Syrup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup maple pancake syrup
  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, heat butter, syrup and cinnamon until butter is melted. Stir until smooth. Serve warm over pancakes, French toast or waffles. Yield: about 3/4 cup.

i tried this today and even my oldest who doesn't typically eat pancakes devoured them with this syrup on top of them.
