I found this recipe online years ago and it quickly became a favorite. The ingredients are easy to keep on hand and it's great in hot weather because it goes together quickly, without turning on the oven. One-pan cleanup is a bonus. —Christina Price, Wheeling, West Virginia

Who wants pork chops without apple sauce, this recipe solves that problem, the chops are moist and the sauce delicious. Even moister the nest day.

While the apple mixture is very good by itself, with the pork chops it just didn't seem to have much flavor.

While we didn't find anything wrong with the apple mixture, it just didn't do anything taste-wise for us when combined with the pork chops. The mixture is actually pretty good, but if I make it again, it will be for the apple mixture by itself.

What is "reduced-fat butter"? Never heard of it.

Land O'Lakes makes a light stick butter.  You can find it in the dairy aisle with the other butter products.

Lacking in the flavor department. I will definitely not make it again. Overall, just an unimpressive recipe.

This was good...the chop in the picture is too thin so I used a double cut. And I always brine my chops it gives more flavor and lots of moisture.

My husband loved this recipe. The sweet, cinnamon-y apples compliment the pork perfectly...will definitely make again. Very easy to adjust portion size depending on how many you are cooking for.
