Had this for dinner tonight. It was delicious. I didn't have leftover pork so used pork cubed steak, cut into small pieces. I dredged the pieces in flour and browned the meat before adding to the rest of the ingredients. I had 12 oz of meat which seemed like a lot so I added the whole can of beef broth and a can of black beans. Added cilantro and shredded cheese instead of sour cream. I could have eaten the whole pot myself.

Just finished off the pot..amazing! You might want to double this recipe! We added a few more chipotle peppers since our family likes it hot!

Great again! this time I did make it with pork- packaged them up individual servings to send to work with my hubby- who says I am the best cook!

Quick and GOOD! Can use any meat and any extras you like and it is still great. Do not think I could do the whole can of chipolte though! Hubby could live through it and love it!! Thanks for the fantastic recipe.

A keeper for sure. quick and taste. You can use all kind of stuff in it that you like such as black beans or corn. And just about any leftover meat that you like, thanks for sharing this one with us, Peter.

Great recipe! I didnt have any pork so I used chicken cut into cubes instead. Absolutely delicious, I also added a cup of sweet white corn. I had to laugh at the review before mine as I have done the same with a can of chipotle in another recipe before- I now know just how much heat those little peppers pack! This is such a good chili.

We absolutely love this recipe. I must say the first time Gramps(my hubby) made it he read the recipe as 1 can of chipotle, it was a bit stout, but somehow it was devoured anyway! It is definitely a family favorite!!
