Ingredients
1/2 pound uncooked chorizo
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Gruyere cheese,

1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, halved
1 loaf (1/2 pound) day-old French bread, cut into 1-inch slices
