I like that it is Gluten free, so rich and easy to make.It does not say it's a diabetic recipe.

I have not made this recipe. I'm having a problem with seeing many recipes like this one labeled "Diabetic Friendly" What diabetic wouldn't like to eat some of these?... Would you like to know what would happen to them? Extremely high blood sugar and a possible trip to the hospital. I was a diabetic for 30 years. I've had 2 transplants and one being a new pancreas so I'm no longer a diabetic. Does TOH want to be responsible for this happening to someone? Look over your recipes labeled "Diabetic Friendly" If they contain sugar, they're NOT diabetic friendly!
