This tasteful container is constructed with candy bars. Consider personalizing the box lid with a conversation heart or a special message written with white chocolate or frosting. —Elaine Nichols, Mesa, Arizona

Ok, how do you cut the candy bar in half LENGTH wise? Guess I'm not too swift at this.

A great 'kids' project. Our Sunday School Class is making them to give to their mothers for St. Valentine's Day tomorrow. We are using chocolate mousse instead of pudding and decorating with the tiny candy hearts that have messages!

I just made this using Hershey bars and turned the top side of the bar to the inside of the box and then you don't see the printing on the outside of the box. In other words, the bottom part of the candy bar is the outside of the box. Very simple to do and they go together easily. I'm filling them with my own chocolate mousse recipe but will still garnish them with the dipped strawberries. I can't wait to have them for dinner.

These are fun to make and a lot of ways to fill them come to mind. I'd rather fill them with candy and do it that way but the pudding works well too. It's a keeper, for sure.
