This is a fantastic frosting! I've made it with vanilla pudding mix as well and it is delicious. Great for those of us who don't care for the overly rich, cloyingly sweet texture of most frostings.

This makes a wonderful cake filling, too! I've also used vanilla pudding in place of chocolate and then added a capful (or 2) of liqueur, such as Kahlua, as a fruit dip. So good it makes you want to skip the fruit! :)
