Chocolate-Covered Chips

24 ounces white candy coating
1 package (14 ounces) ridged potato chips
24 ounces milk chocolate candy coating or dark chocolate candy coating

In a microwave, at 50% power, melt white coating; stir until smooth. Dip chips
halfway in coating; shake off excess. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets to
set. In a microwave, melt milk or dark chocolate coating; stir until smooth.
Dip other half of chips. Allow to set. Store in an airtight container.

Yield: about 4 pounds.
