Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie Recipe
  • Prep: 15 min. Bake: 50 min.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell (10 inches)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, corn syrup and vanilla. Add butter and mix well. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 10-12 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 piece) equals 416 calories, 23 g fat (9 g saturated fat), 95 mg cholesterol, 199 mg sodium, 52 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein.

I made it twice. The first time it came out perfect. The second time it did not set up. I don't know why, but it was delicious.
