This is a great dessert. I change it up and do a twist on banana pudding (just use banana pudding and top with vanilla wafers and to get really fanacy curl some white chocolate, white chocolate chips and/or almond bark) and it is always a hit. I figure you can do it with several different flavors

I defiently agree with the other review when it comes to making sure that you do NOT over cook the cookie dough. I didn't even leave it in the oven half the time that the recipe called for, infact I thought it still looked a little doughy when I got it out, but when I tried to get a piece the next morning...it was inpossible to get out of the dish. I tried the recipe again, but this time didn't bake the dough even as long as the first time and made sure to let it cool a little bit before adding the cream cheese mixture and it was much better. I also used a packet of white chocolate pudding and cheesecake pudding the second time around, instead of the vanilla and chocolate, and liked it even better. Either way...beware the cookie dough.

Made this for my family over Fourth of July and they loved it, so I made it for dessert for my church for 125 people and everyone raved. Just be careful not to overbake the cookie , otherwise it is real hard to cut and serve.
