A big hit, especially with my brother in law who has a huge sweet tooth.

I have made this recipe for years, except i make a butter crust instead of cookies. This way you can use different puddings. Pistachio is great!

If you use a graham cracker crust, you can use lemon, pistachio, or my favorite butterscotch pudding in place of the chocolate. Yum-yum.

I cut this recipe in half (just the one chocolate pudding mix, for example), for my family of four, and prepared it in an 8x8 pan. It turned out great!
