I was making this recipe to take to a meeting, and sampled a piece after baking. These bars were not good...the crust was extremely dry and the overall taste was not appetizing. I had to throw them out because I was not comfortable serving them to others. I followed the recipe exactly. I am very disappointed and will not be making these again.

These were easy to make, and the almond flavor of the extract really came thru.
