I created this recipe one day when I decided to revise a family favorite. My kids loved the variation, and I've been making these cookies this way ever since.
Nutritional Facts 1 cookie equals 353 calories, 21 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 23 mg cholesterol, 182 mg sodium, 39 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 4 g protein.

Cookies puffed up nicely. I used up some things in my pantry, mini chips, milk choc chips and coconut. Delicious.

I didn't add the nuts but only because my grandson was visiting and he didn't want nuts in the cookies. Next time I would definitely add them as well. Excellent cookie.
This is an excellent recipe. I didn't make them as large as the original recipe called for. I wanted a smaller cookie so I dropped them by rounded teaspoons on the cookie sheet and baked them for 10 minutes. I also dodn

I have made these twice and you just throw in any kind of chips, or nuts and they are delicious. They are just packed full of flavor. DELICIOUS
