Great recipe. I always use King's, Hawaiian sweet rolls to make sliders, no mater what the recipe. Great size to serve all your friends(by the bag).

Was a great hit at our recent Memorial Day cookout. I'm not a big fan of hot and spicy, but this was hot enough for a kick, but not so hot to cause a break out in sweat. Definitely making again!

Wow! Super yummy and easy. I did a half recipe and was able to make 8 patties, which were perfect size for the buns. Also, used ranch dressing and BBQ sauce instead of the mayo/chipotle dressing.

This was pretty good. I made it with ground turkey instead of beef & olive oil mayo instead of it's full-fat cousin. Next time I will pilse the chipotle in a blender.

I love this recipe but I add some spanish paprika to the mixture to get some smokey flavor also.

VERY LITTLE HEAT COMES FROM THE CHEESE SO USE IT.

Such a wonderful (and fun) recipe to modify and/or healthify to your liking!! I used ground turkey and honey wheat rolls and the burgers were a huge hit.

I tailgate several times a year at Leambeau and host anywhere from 8-16 people when we tailgate! I made these at the Detroit Game and I made even the people that dont like spicey food and they thought they were amazing! I also left off the mayo! I love chipotle recipes. I wish I could find more! Great on the grill.

I found this recipe before we left for vacation in Kona, Hawaii. We were in a condo there for a month and we made these 3 times to share with friends. Try using lean ground pork vs. beef, and, if making at home, I find it a lot easier to lightly toast the cut rolls in the toaster oven, then finish the assembly in the kitchen.

These are absolutely amazing! We will definitely makea again. The sweet rolls were a good compliment to the hot of the burgers. My only issue was that they were too hot for my burger loving son. The hotness was perfect my hubby and I!

Made these last week and am making them again for the 4th because they were so good! We used Monterey Jack cheese instead of pepper Jack because of our kids, and everyone enjoyed them. We loved the mayonnaise and added lettuce.
