Great recipe. I always use King's, Hawaiian sweet rolls to make sliders, no mater what the recipe. Great size to serve all your friends(by the bag).

Was a great hit at our recent Memorial Day cookout. I'm not a big fan of hot and spicy, but this was hot enough for a kick, but not so hot to cause a break out in sweat. Definitely making again!

Wow! Super yummy and easy. I did a half recipe and was able to make 8 patties, which were perfect size for the buns. Also, used ranch dressing and BBQ sauce instead of the mayo/chipotle dressing.

This was pretty good. I made it with ground turkey instead of beef & olive oil mayo instead of it's full-fat cousin. Next time I will pilse the chipotle in a blender.

VERY LITTLE HEAT COMES FROM THE CHEESE SO USE IT.
