This recipe is wonderful! It's an easy last minute dinner with ingredients we always have on hand. My husbands asks for it weekly.

I usually wait 7-10 minutes before serving to add the stuffing mix. Let the chicken, soup and water cook all day and then prior to eating, add stuffing mix. I also add chicken bullion or a bit of chicken broth while chicken cooking.

This was a BIG hit for my first slow cooker meal! The only complaint I had was the chicken was a little dry (but VERY tender!); I might add a tiny bit of chicken broth over the chicken next time. Loved it and will make again many times!
