This was so simple & amazing! I made it exactly as shown, with broth. Just delicous, I thought it would be good, but that doesn't even come close. Definitely make it!

I think the flavor of this recipe is better the next day! The only change I made was to cook the (dried) rosemary with the cream while waiting for it to thicken.

We don't care much for rosemary so used fresh basil, wonderful! I used chicken broth instead of the wine & it was great over rice. I prepared the rice with chicken broth as well. Will surely make again. Thanks.
