"A few ordinary, on-hand ingredients make this moist and tender chicken something really extraordinary! The flavor added by the rich, buttery sauce with a splash of lime juice is unmatched. It’s been a hands-down winner at our house for 20 some years," says Denise Segura of Draper, Utah.

I have made this recipe several times. My Grandma, who is a real critic when it comes to food, really enjoys this dish whenever I prepare it for her.

This is very delicious, quick and easy. I made it with chicken tenders, and used olive oil to cook the chicken. When making the lime butter, I used only a couple tablespoons of butter. I think 1 Tblsp. might even be enough. I didn't notice how small the amount of chives was and had already cut a handful of chives from my garden, so used them all. It didn't seem to hurt the recipe any to greatly increase the chives!

I didn't have canola oil so I substituted vegetable oil. This is now one of my favorite, easy recipes!

What a great flavor! I use hawaiian sea salt and Costco's pepper to season the chicken and the kids eat it that way, and then my husband and I use the lime butter on top after slicing our chicken to let it soak in. I've made this twice in the past month and it's so good and so easy! I drain the pan after cooking the chicken before making the sauce.

Good recipe, but I would recomend cutting the amount of butter to a couple tablespoons. Otherwise it is swimming in butter.

I made this the other night and shared some with my Grandma. Now, my Grandma is very particular and rarely gives me a compliment when it comes to my cooking....but this recipe she loved! I'll be sure to make this one again!

I love this recipe. It is so easy and wonderfully delicious. Although the dill adds a special flavor, it's still very good without it.

This was delicious! I make a little more of the butter sauce than called for.
