Chicken and Berry Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 cups torn salad greens
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette, or any favorite vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 ounces grilled chicken breast strips, cut into bite sized pieces

Directions

  • Wash salad greens and berries. Pat dry.
  • Place all ingredients in large bowl. Toss gently.
