I came up with this recipe, a variation on beef Stroganoff, as a way to use up roasted chicken. It was a hit. I'm usually the only one in my family who enjoys noodles, but even our 9-year-old son will have more when they're topped with the creamy chicken.

Delicious, but I agree that the sauce should be a little thicker. I did make it without the bacon.

My family loved this recipe. I followed it exactly and it was great. My husband said I could fix this anytime I wanted too and my 18 months old gobbled it up! Thank you for the wonderful recipe; it is going in my recipe box!

This is very good but I found that the sauce was quite thin. Needed to add more flour or corn starch.

This recipe is very good. It has excellent flavor, and easy to make. Takes a little more prep time than to acctually cook the meal, but It's worth it. I will definatly make this recipe again.

This is delicious! Unfortunately, my husband doesn't care for the bacon in it, so I don't make this as often as I would like. If it were up to me, I'd make it at least once a month! Have served this to guests a couple of times, and both times I was asked for the recipe!I use fresh mushrooms instead of the jarred ones, as I usually have some on hand.

My husband loves beef stroganoff, and I offered to make it for his birthday dinner. He asked that I make it with chicken instead as he's trying to cut back on red meats. I found this recipe, and my family was delighted with the results. It was flavorful, and the sauce was perfect. I served it with egg noodles.

My kids were reluctant to even try it while I was putting the ingredients together, but were all pleasantly surprised at how tasty it turned out. Definitely worth making!
