Chicken Strips Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, sliced

Directions

  • Cut chicken into narrow strips. Combine chicken with oil, salt, and ginger. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  • Remove ginger.
  • In medium skillet, stir fry chicken over medium high heat.
  • Cook quickly, stirring often, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
