Chicken Shrimp Creole
A spicy mix of chicken and shrimp with peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. Brought to you by dLife®

Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 green bell peppers, chopped
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup chopped green onion
1 can (16 ounces) unsalted diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoons salt, to taste, optional
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoons hot red pepper flakes
1-1/2 lb raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Wash and dry chicken breast. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add chicken. Cook 3-5
minutes.
Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and red pepper
flakes.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, and then simmer for 20 to 30
minutes,uncovered until mixture thickens.
Add shrimp and return to boil.
Reduce heat. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until the shrimp
