Tip

Slicing Tomatoes

The best way to cut through the skin of a tomato is with a serrated, not straight-edged, knife. Cut a tomato vertically, from stem end to blossom end, for slices that will be less juicy and hold their shape better.

This was DELICIOUS. The hardest part was finding the particular kind of chicken sausage. Very easy to make and my husband loved it as well. I added dill to the sauce and used cider vinegar b/c I didn't have red wine. Will definitely make it again!

These were good! I made too much of the cucumber sauce, but other than that, it was tasty and easy too.

Very good and tasted like a lamb gyro for half the calories. I found 90 calorie whole wheat pitas and used less sauce...very satisfying!

A very quick and easy meal that tasted great. The only thing I would try ndifferent next time is adding dill to the sauce.
