I make this chicken salad all the time for church and I have nothing but compliments! The only ingredient I leave out is the pecans because of allergies.

These are so yummy! I made these for a bridal shower and they are just the right mix of sweet and savory with a little crunch to keep it lively. They were a huge hit and I made a second batch of the chicken filling for sandwiches the next week- just for me!
