The golden crust and creamy sauce make this veggie-packed pie a sure hit. The frozen version works extremely well in this mild and comforting family favorite. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen

Easy to make, no dicing!!

I have made this for company and family and

everyone loves it. They say that this is the best pot pie they have ever eaten.

Also, the fact that this recipe can be frozen makes it great for easy entertaining, or those nights that you do not want to cook.

Definitely, one of the best (and easiest) recipes I have ever made.

Even the picky ones in my family came back for seconds, ended up cooking both pies the same night. I also, couldn't find cream of onion soup so I used 2 cream of chicken. I think next time I will add just a little more moisture but will definately make again.

My husband LOVES this recipe! When some people at his office needed a meal prepared for them, we sent them one of the potpies and since then everyone in the office has either requested the recipe or that I make them one, as well.

Quick and easy and the family went back for seconds. I substituted cream of celery as my grocery store didn't carry cream of onion.

I felt it needed a little more seasoning and a little more sauce. I'll probably decrease the amount of veggies and meat next time, and taste test the sauce before baking to ensure it's well seasoned.
