My husband is from Argentina, and is a great cook. I rarely surprise him with a new recipe, but he LOVED this one! We will be making it again...so easy!

This recipe is soooo yummy! I shouldn't be cooking with butter, but the calorie and fat content was low enough, I went for it. Delicious!
