Very good! I didn't use 1/2 inch, but I think I would next time it didn't have enough flavor in the middle of the chicken. But it was good even 2 days later for left-overs!

So easy to make. I tossed in some fresh mushrooms after I turned the chicken over and then some spinach right near the end. The mushrooms were wonderful (I hate mushrooms!) and the spinach had such a delicious flavor. Made some rice for a side dish and dinner was delicious.

This recipe is soooo yummy! I shouldn't be cooking with butter, but the calorie and fat content was low enough, I went for it. Delicious!
