Chicken Paillard Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, , 4 pieces, 4 ounces ea
  • 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

  • Arrange each chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness using meat mallet or heavy skillet .
  • Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
  • Gently place chicken in oil and cook 3 minutes per side, until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with fork.
