Shred and Freeze CheeseIt’s usually cheaper to buy cheese in blocks than in shredded form. So I purchase large quantities of cheddar, Monterey Jack and mozzarella, then shred them myself in my food processor. Very good pizza. I used rotisserie chicken and a combination of taco sauce and mild picante sauce. It could use more green pepper.

Made this tonight and it was pretty good. I added some black beans and corn to it, next time I'll add some chiles.
