Chicken Caesar Salad
A simple homemade dressing sets this Caesar salad apart from ordinary salads. With lots of Parmesan, romaine and chicken strips, it's a clear classic, only better!Rebecca Porter, Yigo, Guam

Prep/Total Time: 30 min.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces
each
)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese,
divided
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
8 cups hearts of romaine salad mix
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 cup Caesar salad croutons
Directions
Place chicken on a greased broiler pan. Broil 6 in. from the heat for
