My husband and I milk 125 cows. There are days when there's just no time left for cooking! It's really nice to be able to come in from the barn at night and smell this meal simmeringdinner is a simple matter of dishing it up. I've used this recipe for many years, and everyone who tries it likes it. It's very easy to make, but it's also special enough to serve when company comes to call.

This recipe was delicious. I added half a green pepper and a small can of sliced black olives to it. I think I will make it with chicken breasts next time but very yummy!

I love the way that the chicken gets so tender in the crockpot! I usually just use chicken breasts instead of the broiler chicken. I also add 1-2 green bell pepper to mine, and some red pepper flakes because I like it a little more spicy. This recipe is delicious!
