This recipe has been in my family for a long time. I remember my grandmother making it on special occasions.
In those days, chicken was a treat, and we relished every biteespecially if Grandmother cooked it!
This recipe is:
Diabetic Exchanges: One serving (prepared with broth) equals 4 lean meat, 2 vegetable, 1 starch, 1/2 fat; also, 402 calories, 33 mg sodium, 91 mg cholesterol, 26 gm carbohydrate, 39 gm protein, 15 gm fat.
