Even lightened up with lite mayo, RF Triscuit, skinless,boneless breasts and 98% FF soups, it is still 13 WW points!!!!

you could skinny it up, by usins low calorie, low sodium products

Use low fat Triscuits, light mayo, fat free or low sodium soup, fresh mushrooms (cooked down to remove liquid)and fresh asparagus (will remain firmer than frozen). This all lowers the sodium and fat content.

Could fresh asparagus and fresh mushrooms be used? Also using low sodium soup should cut down on sodium

The Chicken Asparagus bake sounded good until I saw the calorie,salt and fat content. Holy swollen ankles! Too bad it couldn't be skinnied up.
