Cherry Cranberry Punch Recipe
  • Prep: 10 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 16 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
  • 3-1/2 cups club soda, chilled
  • Lemon sherbet, optional

Directions

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cranberry juice, cold water and lemonade concentrate. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in the soda. Top with scoops of sherbet if desired. Yield: 16 servings (3 quarts).
