This recipe is absolutely amazing. I would not go to the bother to wrap brie in pastry again after making this. I used chopped pecans and dried cranberries.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE! It's fantastic. I used Simply Apple juice instead of brandy cause that's what I had on hand but it was still marvelous. My family has requested that I make this dish for Christmas and I'm definately going to. It's easy and quick. WONDERFUL!
